Have you ever visited anyones member page? How about your own page?

You can do this by clicking on the members name in any post, or directly on their name from the "Membership List" menu item.

The page looks like this...

There are a lot of neat features on this page.

If you don't like the personal information that is displayed about you, you can change that by going into your "User CP" and choosing what you want displayed.

Note the "Visitor Messages" area. These messages can be seen by ANY registered user on the forum, so if you have something to say in private, use the "private message" option instead of the "visitor message" option. All of your message options for this user are listed under the "Contact Info" tab on their member page. In my case (check it out!) you can send me either a "visitor message" (visible to everyone on this page) or a "private message" visible only to you, and the person you send it to... or in my some cases, an e-mail message which is done with your e-mail system, independent of the forum software. Nobody can see your private messages... not even moderators or administrators, so the private messaging system on the forum is just that... PRIVATE!

You can make "Friends" on the forum! Note I have 15 friends!!! What that is good for is beyond me, but I like lots of friends! Make some of your own! You can send anyone a friendship request, and if they accept you, you have a new friend! To request a friendship, click on that users member page, and then in the friends area click on "Befriend xxxxx!" A request will be sent to that person and if they accept, you have a new friend!

Another cool feature is your own personal photo album! Do you have some pictures that you really don't want to post in a thread? You don't really know what to say, but you have a great picture to share? Put it in your photo album! The upload process is quick and easy to understand... no need for an off-site hosting account here! The photo is stored on the wmstr/kvc server! Your pictures are automatically resized to fit the limits of the forum software, so it really is easy!

The important thing to remember is that you can't hurt anything on the forum! Experiment a little! If you mess up, just remove what you did! If you cannot remove something, or you don't understand how something works, just send a private message to any moderator and they will be happy to help you through it! You can even call me if you wish... let me know if you have questions and I will arrange a time for a phone call!

This is your forum folks! It is what you make it! Have some fun!
