Friend dying of cancer

An old acquaintance of mine, and a dear friend of my parents is in the final stages of brain cancer. He has stopped eating and drinking and is being kept "comfortable" with medication.

Please remember Ron Jonas and all who are terminally ill in your prayers during this holiday season.

At times like this we need to pray that your friend and his family can be comforted.

I remember the important part of the sermon at CNDSTR several years ago. The pastor reminded us that in the 23 Psalm God did not promise that we would not have hard times. He said he would be with us. Please let your friend and his family know that we are praying that they may feel God's presence during this time of difficulty.

Mark, Sorry to hear about your freind, from my last post where My Mother in law died, Wilma Breckenfelder, I lost my older brother in law to Cancer last Sat.

Ron passed away peacefully the evening of December 8. His family was at his side.
