Wadena Tornado

The tornado that went through Wadena, MN on Thursday evening has touched one of our own.

I got this message from Jean Siirila tonight...

Our neighborhood got hit by a tornado tonight. I'm at the local motel because our house isn't liveable. There will be a lot to do over the weekend, so I won't be able to come to WMSTR this weekend. Any pictures you or anyone else can take will be appreciated. Several neighbors had their houses and farms totally flattened. We lost our garage and several hugh trees, a shop roof, etc. No power, no water. We are both ok, just in shock. Lots of damage. Same in town, much damage.

Please keep Jean and Harold in your prayers as they work through this, and lets try to help her out with her picture request!

We in Wisconsin are keeping everyone affected by the tornado in our thoughts and prayers and look forward to seeing everyone at the show.

Thanks everyone for all your prayers and thoughts.
We've had friends help us cut some of the trees up so we can walk around the house now. 2000 volunteers went to Wadena to help out the city folk yesterday. It's hard to believe what F4 tornados can do in such a short time, but God's protection was very evident.
