Description:
This was taken at the Fort Vancouver Antique Equipment Association annual 2006 show in Ridgefield, Washington. As with all steam engines, it was stuck at first, but after getting it into position, it was ready to go to work. The hoist lowered the blade and it's saw dust time.

Years ago in 1994, on a trip to Michigan, I saw this four wheel drive steam tractor in a museum. I don't know the make or vintage of the tractor, or if it was a prototype or a production model. Maybe some of you know. I have color close-up pics of this tractor somewhere, I'm still looking for them.
These pics were taken by the museum in 1950.
