Talking to some members about development on Main Street. It is time we start this commitee back up again.
I will send out an e-mail to the list I have. To anyone reading this, send me an e-mail if interested in development.
Rollag has a lot of issues with landscaping this area before we can even think of putting up a building on the east side. Water drainage is important to this main street and the railroad.
We need to plan this area very carefully. It will be one of our prime areas of the show grounds.
It sounds like the rail will be going to the east within the next two years. So this gives Rollag a good time frame to work on what should happen on this street.
This is not just a board thing to decide on how or what should be built on this side of the street.
