2007 Spark Shows

This is late for some of the lucky memebers that are all ready at the show. For all of you "slaves" that are at work like me, here is some last minute information about Spark Shows.

We are planning on having Spark Shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Hopefully the scale engines will come and join in the fun again. Typically we have had 2 or 3 full size engines Sparking each night.

Rick H and the Avery crew have all ready spoken up for Friday night. Will the Ellingson Avery be there, too?

Saturday night the Spark Show will start at the Sand Box. The two Steam Shovels are starting things out around O' Dark- Thirty. When they finish the show will continue at the Prony Brake area. We are planning on providing transprotation from the Prony Brake area to the Sand Box and back.

So far, no one has asked about Saturday or Sunday. Come on over and make your reservations early!

I heard Hartley and Klinger making arrangements for the Ellingson Avery to be hauled back, I think Wednesday. I am really looking forward to seeing it!

I hope that Dave and the crew will join us on Friday night!

Here is a picture of Bill and Harvey as they got off the big steam shovel after the Sunday night performance. They look happier than 2 kids in a candy store.. What a performance they put on!!
