I have heard from many of you, either at the show or via e-mail, that you are having trouble logging in.
Sometimes when I log in, the forum will not show me as logged in, however I really am. I am not sure why this happens, and I have studied the issue on the vBulletin sites.
When this happens to you, try clicking the "Refresh" button, or hit the F5 key, (refresh on most web browsers). It also is helpful to clear your cache and cookies from your browser history.
Recently the forum sent me a message asking me to change my password. You have to do this every 6 months for security reasons. If your web browser cache is not cleared from time to time, your browser still is using your old password, and this could be confusing the forum software.
To sum it up, clear your cookies and cache (under the options or preferences menu) and then when trying to log in, if things don't seem to be going well, hit F5 or click "refresh" and see if that helps.
if someone else has had similar experiences, and found other fixes... post them here!
Sorry for the inconvenience.
