Hello forum, an individual commented on my movie of the 353 on youtube and he said that he had some pictures of her. He sent them to me via email and they are quite interesting.

Are they any bigger than that before you uploaded them? You should start a photobucket account and post that way. I think they would look a lot better.

Looking at that engine, then and now, makes one realize the amount of work it took to get it to where it is today!

Unfortunately they were not of very high resolution, so they look clearest at the size they are.

Good old pictures:thumb: the only other once ive seen shows it by a water tower, i think it was in a Rollag book. i always thougth they should paint the '353' back on in the same style as the original.
i wonder if therse been many old guys come to Rollag that ran or remember that engine? the guys that used it all those years would probably never believe its still running:congrats:

We had one of the original engineers from Koppers Coke in the cab for a while one year. He was very interesting to talk to. He of course noted some changes but said it was a good restoration.
