Drawings of a 45Hp 1911 Case

I came across these drawings and have been in contact with the person that drew them. Bruce Babcock is a steam enthusiast and Prony Brake owner/operator. The pictures shown aren't the highest quality. I had to copy them from the PDF file Bruce sent me, then paste them into a photo program and finally save them as a jpeg out on photobucket.

Bruce gave me permission to send copies to anyone as long as they were not using the the pictures for profit. If you print any, please be kind enough to keep Burce's name on the print. If your print isn't very clear, send me a message and I can send you a copy of the original PDF that Bruce sent me. To get these posted here I had to copy-paste into a photo program and then save them as a jpeg. In doing that the quality may have gone down.

Jeepers! I should have looked at the original post a bit closer. I would have seen that one of the pictures is in there twice and I didn't get the cut away picture posted.

This cut away picture is really handy when trying to explain a little bit about the boiler on a steam engine to someone unfamiliar with them.

As with the other drawings, Burce Babcock gave permission for us to use them as long as we are not using them for personal profit. If you do print some of the drawings, please keep Bruce's name on the print to give him credit.

These are all hand-drawn?! That's amazing! With skills like that, it wouldn't suprise me if Bruce could make a living off drawings that precise and detailed. Great job, Bruce!:D
