Usually he is in charge of mosquito control but being that steam up was earlier than ususal this year thse pesky critters hadn't arrived yet

Someone early in the day asked me if "that guy" was going to do any burn outs this year... Seems Wimpy has gotten a reputation! Started something like the spark shows!

What we need him to do is to figure out a way to bolt a belt pulley on one of those wheels and get him belted into the Prony Brake!
