Happy spring ladies!

Just wanted to let you all know what the plan is for displaying in the building.

Clothesline: The display is up to each booth. With this year being an IH expo, the more red items displayed, the better. Feel free to display items you are exhibiting or collect. There will be some clothes pins available in the back. Feel free to bring your own! Anyone have vintage clothes pins to use as displaying too?

Back glass display cabinet: (by the dress closet) We would like to feature vintage sewing equpiment and supplies i.e. wooden spools, needle packets, vintage pin cushions, wooden knitting needles, crochet hooks, etc. Please make sure you have your items LABELED in some way!

Ceiling Quilt racks: Gloria Beck has offered 1 queen quilt. We are looking for anyone who would like to display either a baby quilt or another quilt of a larger size (twin/full/queen/king). If you would like to share you quilt, please contact us at wmstrladies@gmail.com. For this year a red quilt would be perfect, but not necessary!

We are also looking for a few other items to use in the building during the show and throughout the summer. We need to get a few dehumidifiers. Ideally these would come in WORKING condition as donations or purchased ($25 or less) from auctions or rummage sales. Many of the buildings on Main Street could use these. Please keep this in mind this summer!

At the spring meeting we decided to make Sunday of the show "IH Day," by wearing either red or IH fabric designed clothing or aprons. We have found IH fabric in Fergus Falls. If you are interested in using this fabric, please contact us at wmstrladies@gmail.com because we MAY be able to get a discount. We need your name, phone number, mailing address, and yardage you would like. If you would like to see what the fabric looks like visit: http://www.nancysfabrics.com/product/farmall-red-tractor-cotton-quilting-fabric.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know at wmstrladies@gmail.com.

Thank you!
