Hello Everyone -

We hope you have all been safe and healthy since we last saw you in 2019. The show is starting in just 3 ½ weeks away and we are so excited; not only to see everyone, but to also enjoy the caramel rolls, ice cream and all the other WMSTR only goodies!!!

There is a lot of work to do to prep our building for the show. If anyone is in need of hours, we have a lot of ironing, dusting, washing, and yard work to do so that we can do the set up in the last week. There are 2 ironing stations set up including irons – no need to bring your own anymore! Dusting and washing supplies are on the benches. Hot water is available in the Mercantile kitchen.

Final cleaning day is set for Saturday August 28. Cheri will be on site for any questions. Final wipe down, window washing, floor sweeping, mopping and vacuuming, will all be on the agenda for that day.

While the Board has not set any COVID rules or guidelines for us to follow at this time, you are more than welcome to wear masks and/or shields, and other PPE as you desire. We understand if you do not feel comfortable demonstrating under these conditions. Be assured you will not lose your spot for next year if demonstrating is not in your plans for this year. Please call if you choose not to demonstrate - Cheri: 218-205-4754, Steph: 218-850-1396. If you do choose not to demonstrate but would like to set up a static display, please contact us about set-up time. All static displays must be set up by 5:00 pm Thursday.

As always, we want everyone to enjoy their weekend! If there is anything we can do to make your time at the show better, please let us know. We will do our best to improve your experience.

We hope to see you all soon!
Cheri & Stephanie

Update - Cheri & I both have events on the 28th. I may be up there in the later afternoon, but we will both be there on Sunday the 29th. A list of items to be completed will be on the board in the building.
