2022 Water and power

I wanted to be the first to be the squeaky wheel this year and ask the question that everyone asks every year...
When is the water and power going to be on this year? I assume the power is on but seeing as we can't seem to shake winter this year I've had doubts about the water.
Just checking.

Power is on for the majority of the grounds. Water will be soon. Water is always a goal of on by memorial day weekend, anything sooner is a bonus weather allowing
