Original Land Lease

Went through some old papers a few weeks ago and we came across the original land lease for the show. The main grounds was leased from August Anderson for the whopping sum of $15/year. The lease was signed Oct 16, 1957 - this was a ten year lease. Don't believe the signers imagined what the show is today. This lease will be donated to the Log Cabin Museum

Was in with some old family papers. Carl A. Nelson was my grandfather.
