EMS on the Hill

Jeff,

Are you in contact with Anne Elton on this too? She mentioned something about a date they wanted to land at the last board meeting. I can't remember when that was now, but I am curious if the two of you are talking to the same people.
 
Life flight on the hill

We finally were able to coodinate life flight landing zone training on the hill. We met at the Golden Rider building on Monday Aug 3 and David Ames from Merit Care gave us a 1 1/2 hour classroom session that explained how to select a landing zone area and how to handle the helicopter approach. Tom Hall acted as our ground coordiniator as the helicopter came in for a landing. As if on cue, as soon as the helicopter came into view it started to rain but they were able to land and give us a closer look.

Thanks to everyone who attended, especially the Hawley HERT members, Barnsville ambulance crew, Golden riders and WMSTR members.

Information will be available to anyone interested before and during the show. A review session should be scheduled soon.
