Unfortinutly no, it might be a Rumely factory shop as it was a Rumely factory picture.

I did some digging on the web and found info for this photo from a Feb. 1, 2010 Smokstak post...
"OilPull tractors(model 30-60's) in the enormous oilpull assembly building here in laporte. A 20-40 Rumely Universal tractor sits in the back of the building. A rumely gang plow sits in the foreground..."
